Payment methods
We currently accept payments by major bank cards (such as Visa and Mastercard) issued in most countries. All payments are processed securely through our payment service provider and transmitted over an encrypted connection.
All prices on our website are displayed and charged in USD, unless otherwise stated. Your bank may convert the amount into the currency of your card using its own exchange rate and may charge additional fees for foreign or cross‑border transactions. Any such fees or differences caused by currency conversion are the responsibility of the customer.
The full amount for your order is charged at the moment of payment confirmation. Once the payment is successfully completed, the purchased digital pattern becomes available in your personal account on our website, where you can download it as a PDF file.
We do not store your full card details on our servers. All card data is processed and stored only by our payment service provider in accordance with applicable security standards.
If you experience any issues with payment (for example, your card is declined, you are charged twice, or you do not see your pattern in your account after payment), please contact us at

Taxes
Our products are digital patterns delivered online and may be subject to taxes (such as VAT, GST, or similar indirect taxes) depending on the country where the customer is located. Tax rules for cross‑border digital products vary significantly between jurisdictions and may change over time.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, the prices displayed on our website are final for us as the seller and do not include any additional taxes, duties, or charges that may be imposed in the customer’s country. Any such additional amounts, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for complying with any local tax regulations that may apply to your purchase of digital products in your country of residence.
