How to place an order?
How do I buy a digital pattern in our store? Simple and fast!
Step 1
Find your perfect pattern!
Start with the most pleasant choice! Our rich collection of digital patterns is waiting for you.
Step 2
Select and add your favorite patterns to the basket.
On her page, choose what to add to the cart: a file for a regular printer (A4) or for a plotter. The price is the same in both cases. To transfer to print: Specify that the pattern file must be printed on a plotter (min. material width 914 mm) on paper with a density of 80 g/m2, strictly at 100% scale. Ask the operator to check the accuracy of the 10×10 cm control square on the print.
Step 3
Go to the registration
If you are not with us yet, you need to register — it’s very simple! Are you already registered? Log in to your account. Don’t worry if you forgot to log in – the website will remind you of this at the payment stage.
Step 4
Place an order and pay. Go to the shopping cart, check the order and proceed to secure payment.
Immediately after payment confirmation (it usually takes up to 15 minutes) your order in your personal account will receive the status «Paid», and the download links will become active.
Template files in PDF format can be downloaded directly from the paid order in your personal account.
Download links will also be automatically sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Please check your email address carefully when registering!
Important: if there is no email, check the spam folder. The purchased templates are also always available in the «Orders» section of your personal account.
Important for access:
• To open an order in your personal account or follow the links from the email, you must be logged in to the website using the same username and password as when you purchased.
• Attention when logging in: Enter your Username in the «Login» field (it is indicated at the very beginning of the order notification letter), not your email.
