1. Your rights when using GiGiCuts patterns: Personal Use (Allowed): You can sew an unlimited number of items for yourself, your family, or as a gift.
Forbidden:
Important: The pattern files (PDF, instructions) are copyrighted.
1) Transfer, sell, exchange, or donate electronic files of patterns or instructions to third parties.
2) It is forbidden to place template files or instructions in the public domain (Internet, file-sharing sites, social networks, cloud storage with open access, etc.).
Failure to comply with these rules is a violation of copyright.
3. Copyright protection and liability:
All GiGiCuts digital patterns and accompanying materials are intellectual property and are protected by the Law of Georgia on Copyright and Related Rights (No. 2112-Is dated June 22, 1999, more details: [https://matsne.gov.ge/ru/document/view/14696 ](https://matsne.gov.ge/ru/document/view/14696 )).
Any unauthorized distribution, copying, or use of pattern files in violation of the above conditions is considered copyright infringement.
In case of copyright infringement, GiGiCuts reserves the right to take all legally prescribed measures to protect its intellectual property, including applying to judicial authorities. Violators are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Georgia.
